Match Report: UFCA 3–2 Barnsley

The game began with both sides showing glimpses of quality without creating any clear-cut chances. Midway through the first half, Barnsley struck first with a well-taken long-range effort to go 1–0 ahead. UFCA responded positively, creating several opportunities, but Barnsley doubled their lead before the break from a set-piece to make it 2–0 at half-time.

UFCA came out strongly in the second half and quickly pulled a goal back with a superb curling left-footed strike from the edge of the box (Kuda ) .
Building on that momentum, they drew level after some slick play down the right, finished off neatly from inside the area to make it 2–2 (Jake pottage )

The comeback was completed when UFCA took the lead with a stunning strike from distance to go 3–2 up. (Tom Amitage ) They had the chance to extend their advantage from the penalty spot, but the effort was well saved by the Barnsley goalkeeper.

The match finished 3–2, with UFCA completing an excellent turnaround.
