Tactic: 2-3-1

Negatives: when building up from the back player just ran forward without any thought of how to help the team build up from the back, also player took too long to make a decision or made the wrong decision and allowed the opponent to win the ball high. transitioning from attack to defences was poor Striker was pressing and the rest were jogging back to defend on top of that we were over committing going forward I know ever one wants to score but we have positions for a reason there were too many time where it was a 1 vs 4.

Positives: the few time we got the build up right we manage to exploit gaps in the opponents defence and create well work chances/goals

thing we need to work: Defensive positioning, scanning, Transitions and positioning when attacking and defending.
