EFA v Muswell Hill Yellow

Really good to get the season underway after a long summer! First half we played very well, good aggression, passing and movement. We were linking up well and went into half time leading 1-0. In the second half we conceded 3 fairly quick goals as we allowed are defenders to be overloaded, a very tricky task to deal with for even the best of defenders. After the game we spoke about covering the spaces, scanning to recognise spaces and talking to teammates, all when defending. I am very happy with commitment of every player and the effort that everyone put in.

For a first game as a group of players who haven't played with each other a lot and are still getting used to each other the game went well.
