UFCA 5 - 1 Dearne & District

The game could have certainly been a banana skin for the boys, a small bobbly grass pitch, mini goals and foggy conditions, they could have made excuses. We spoke about being professional and getting the job done and they certainly did that, whilst playing some great passages of football, whilst mixing it up to more direct when needed.

After a tight first 20 minutes, the boys went up a gear in the 2nd 20 scoring 4 unanswered goals in a devastating 10 minute period. the game fizzled out a little at 4-0, with a great free kick from Dearnes only threat the no.38. No to be undone Sharpey then stepped up and went one better with an outstanding strike.

Attention now turns to the national SF.
