Girls U11's Lionessess - Coundon Court U11

A 5-0 win for the U11 Lionesses at home vs Coundon Court. A very good performance from the girls today. We are always dangerous going forward but their keeper was keeping everything out. We kept probing and got our breakthrough, Molly, firing strongly past the keeper when through on goal. HT 1-0.

We started the 2nd half with the same intensity and soon made it 2-0, Phoebe driving down the right slid in a great ball in for Molly to score. Amelia added a 3rd with a brilliant John McGinn style finish into the left corner.

Coundon were still competitive but didn’t carry the same threat as us going forward. Stacie tapped in for her 37th of the season to make it 4-0 and Phoebe rounded off a very good win, reacting quickly to a rebound to score. FT 5-0.

A massive well done to all of the girls.
